The first thing to know is that our budget does not have cable or satellite TV. The Roku is more than enough to feed us filled.
I had a Netflix customer for about 2 days, where it was purchased my Roku player. I knew that we would use it, but I did not know then how much. I love this thing. The quality of picture and sound is perfectly fine on standard definition and HD programs. If you want to enjoy Blu-Ray quality video and audio, to rent or to buy the Blu-ray. If you have an easy to use, portable, reliable device for streaming … look more closely at the Roku player.
Laptop? Yes I connected to any cable TV in the house dedicated to () a variety of configurations with different technologies and unplug the Roku and put it where I want to see. The wireless transceiver in the model that I have is not the strongest, so that others are experimenting with the placement of your equipment when you can have fast Internet access, but you are always in full flow quality
